Service Rule for Teaching and Non Teaching Staff

    • Probation Period: Newly appointed staff will undergo a probationary period of 6 months. Performance will be evaluated during this time before confirmation of service.

    • Procedure: A formal inquiry will be conducted before any disciplinary action is taken. Employees will have the right to defend themselves during the inquiry.
  13. Retirement and Benefits
    • Retirement Age: The retirement age for teaching staff is 59, and for non-teaching staff, it is 60, in line with government rules.
    • Pension/Gratuity: Retired employees are entitled to pension or gratuity as per government rules and the institution’s policy.
    • Provident Fund: All employees are entitled to benefits from the Provident Fund as per applicable regulations.
